Exchange and Return Policy



Here at Discount Loft, we strive to give you quality products that fit you perfectly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for store credits. All returns must be done within 7 working days from the date of receipt (Parcels must arrive at our office within 7 working days). 

  • All orders placed using Discount Loft points and Store Credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Do note that Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.
  • To be eligible for Store Credits, all return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact.
    Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. 
  • Once we have processed your return package, a refund will be made within 3-5 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has no expiry date).
  • Customers will be fully responsible for the postage charges involved in the exchange. Parcels have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only.

Return items can also be dropped off at any of our 3 designated outlets. Kindly send an email request within 3 working days from the date of receipt to our customer service, and await for an acknowledgement email before dropping off the item.

If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, Discount Loft reserves the right to refuse the exchange.



Once we have processed your return parcel, a refund will be made within 3-5 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has no expiry date).

  • Store credits will be issued in the event of any exchange of regular price items, which can be used to offset against a new order.
  • Store credits have no expiry dates.
  • Store credit can only be utilised in a single transaction, and any remaining balance will not be refunded to you via cash or store credits.
  • Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Store credits are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         


In the event that you received a defective/incorrect item, you may request for an exchange and we will be happy to help you! We apologize for any defect item sent. Please email our customer service team with the heading “Defective Item” or "Incorrect Item" and a clear snapshot of the defect area and we will reply you within 1 working day.

Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your Discount Loft account and an exchange for the same design will be processed. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with no expiry date will be issued. You may use the store credits to place a new order with us. Postage charges incurred in the transaction will be refunded via store credit as well. We do not have a cash refund policy.

The following attributes are not considered defect and are not eligible for exchanges.

a) Measurements stated online may vary from 0.5" to 0.75" as items are mass produced. In the event should the measurements fall above the range, the items will be consider as a defect.  

b) There may be discrepancies cases due to colour calibration of individual's computer or it might appear slightly darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. It will not be considered as a defect.

c) Prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.
